Objective

The slide-board side lever push-up is a very challenging exercise that requires very good stability and strength.

It is an excellent exercise to develop upper body and core strength.

It is a good progression towards a one-arm push-up.

Variations

As a progression slide the arm forward instead of to the side. The slide-board front lever push-up requires more rotational core stability than the slide-board side lever push-up, due to the narrower base.
