    The one-two progression teaches athletes to push off forcefully to have quick lateral movement. It also teaches athletes proper mechanics in changing direction. Former experience with the lateral hoop run progression is advisable before attempting the one-two drills.

  • Crossover side to side

    The crossover side to side drills are challenging exercises to enhance first step quickness and lateral movement. The crossover step is fundamental footwork for quick lateral movement. An athlete is a lot faster using a crossover step to move laterally than any other technique.
